These terms apply to visitors of next-latticecore.click and to enquiries for franchise performance benchmarking engagements with Next Latticecore Co., Ltd.
Acceptance
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the site. Submitting an enquiry does not create an engagement until we issue a written scope and you accept it.
Services described
Descriptions of studies, reviews, scorecard packs, and workshops are informational. Fees, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in a separate engagement letter for each client.
Intellectual property
Site content, including text, layout, and original materials produced by Next Latticecore Co., Ltd., remains our property unless an engagement letter assigns specific deliverables to you. Client data supplied for benchmarking remains the client’s property.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the contact form, attempt to disrupt the site, or scrape content for competing commercial reuse without written permission.
Liability
Benchmarking outputs support managerial judgement; they are not guarantees of future unit performance. To the extent permitted by law, Next Latticecore Co., Ltd. is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from website use or from decisions made solely on the basis of scorecards without independent operational review.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Courts in Bangkok shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from website use or engagement enquiries, unless an engagement letter specifies otherwise.
