A clear sequence keeps franchise performance benchmarking focused on fair peer comparisons and briefings that produce follow-ups.

Scope and unit list

We confirm outlet count, formats, and cities, then agree which measures matter for your chain—sales, labour share, guest counts, or tickets per labour hour.

Data request and validation

Head office sends unit exports. Analysts check identifiers, incomplete months, and peer-group fit before any scorecard is drafted.

Scorecards and findings

Each outlet receives a visual card against its peer group. A short written findings note highlights patterns for regional managers.

Operator briefing

A half-day session in Chatuchak or online walks managers through the charts and captures named follow-ups for lagging units.

Handoff

You keep the scorecards and briefing notes. Coaching visits and franchisee conversations remain with your operations team.
